That’s what social sharing is all about, put up something of interest and get people to like it!

That’s an interesting point, “Like it”

Just because someone likes you on Facebook, does that mean you’re going to make more money?????

Probably not……………….

So what the hell are you talking about “Leverage your Connections” I hear you say.

Quite simply it is “Sharing your message with complimentary businesses in your own market.

Let me give you an example.

Imagine you have a weightloss business with a list of 15000 members in your database.

You decide to launch a new book about how to get trim for your wedding day.

You know there is a local wedding outfitters not far from you so you go and talk.

You find out that they to have a database of 20,000.

What do you think?

Go to them and ask do they want to share content with you and you with them.

Two businesses that compliment each other perfectly but are in totally different markets, help each other get better exposure. Effectively doubling their list.

Now HANG ON it gets better.

You might have 30000 followers on Instagram. How do you think that works.

How Important is a List?


NO HANG ON……………….IT’s MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you have a list of people who

  1. Want to receive your content
  2. Actually read it
  3. Take action when requested

You have hit the holly grail…….

Imagine for a second

You can send out an email to your members and with some level of certainty that a number of them will take up your offer.

Power of the List

A list that takes action……..

So lets say that you get 1 in 100 buy your offering each time you send out an email. Now you have 2 choices

  1. Get more people on the list
  2. Get more than 1 in 10 to buy

But there’s also a third choice…………

>Get those from the list to buy again and again (become a life long customer)<

So the thing to do is to build your customer list…………..
