That’s all I want is more customers!
Of course this is true, we all want more customers but when I dig in a little deeper I find there is actually some caveats to that, if they were allowed to dream a little.
You see everyone thinks that the answer to having a highly successful business is to get more customers. When what we really need is to make more money.

So, Is that just a Pipe Dream?
Short answer, No. I go into a bit more detail in a minute. But first lets look at the 3 ways to double customer numbers from your website.
If you were to pay particular attention to those three aspects of your business you will double your customer numbers.
My big tip is to work backwards.
Start with the delivery – make sure that your customer experience is the best it can be. Make sure they want to talk about you and recommend you to their friends. Talk to them and find out why they chose you over your competition.
During the delivery process make sure you become curious about why your customers chose you over your competitors. Integrate this knowledge into your conversations to better help you understand their needs, wants and frustrations. Then you will be able to better solve their problem.
Get More Customers – knowing more about your customers and what questions they have, gives you plenty of opportunity to answers these questions and distribute it across the channels available. The key is to get your information out there so that it brings people back to your website.
